This historic mixed use office project utilized federal historic tax credits to renovate a key building on Main Street in OTR. It houses 3 office tenants and a restaurant on the first floor.
The construction team creatively approached the American Sign Museum to help restore the large neon “Tower” sign on the exterior, preserving an icon on the street. In addition, they took the existing two-story first floor and divided it into two floors, and performed the buildout for the ground-floor restaurant.
