This 12-story $31 million development project began as a collaboration with Kenton County, the City of Covington, Elevar Architects, Turner Construction, and our project-partner Al Neyer to build a new home for Kenton County’s administrative uses as well as to revitalize the Roebling Point neighborhood in Covington through the renovation of Kenton County’s administrative building.

This project will include 133 residential units and approximately 6,000 SF of ground commercial space. It utilizes the original concrete structure plus two stories of new construction and brings with it amazing views of the Ohio River and Cincinnati skyline, and will serve as a catalyst to the Roebling Point neighborhood at the northern-most point on the Bourbon Trail.
