Seeing the need for larger office floorplates in OTR, and more employers on Main Street, Urban Sites Construction created premier offices with the addition of an elevator and contiguous spaces across three buildings.

This project involved many structural fixes, a rooftop deck, and beautifully handled use of the lower-level space for a high-end Louisville-based restaurant. They preserved the exposed beams, brick and other historic elements, while creating one of the stand-out and most talked about offices spaces in OTR.

Construction work included buildout of a two-story high-end restaurant and upgrades to a pre-existing cocktail lounge.
