The tenant is responsible for electricity through Duke Energy, a $55/mo internet fee (400Mbps), a $35/mo water fee, and a $25/month trash fee. Renters insurance required.

Pet-friendly (size and breed restrictions apply) $25.00 monthly fee. 1 dog per unit allowed. Larger breeds upon owner approval with a $200 non-refundable deposit in addition to the monthly fee. 2 pets max.
