Vandalia Point

Vandalia Point is a 52-unit multi-family apartment project for families earning between 30-60% Area Median Income (AMI). It will be located in Cincinnati’s Northside neighborhood at a prominent intersection in the business district. The project is a rehabilitation of two existing historic buildings and the construction of a new three-story elevator building. Over-the-Rhine Community Housing (OTRCH) and Urban Sites are the co-developers of the project.

There will be a meeting room, a shared laundry facility, on-site parking and an on-site leasing office. Vandalia Point is adjacent to Hoeffner Park and the new Northside Transit Center. The project will utilize 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits as well as City of Cincinnati HOME funds.
