Pedretti Place

Pedretti Place is the new construction of 48 senior apartments in Delhi Township, just west of Cincinnati. All units will be available to seniors over the age of 55 earning between 30 – 60% Area Median Income (AMI). Episcopal Retirement Services Affordable Living LLC (ERSAL) and Urban Sites will be co-developers on the project.

Pedretti Place will feature age-friendly and energy-efficient units, a large community space with warming kitchen, fitness room with mobility-friendly equipment, on-site laundry and an outdoor gathering space. The project is seeking to utilize 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Hamilton County HOME Funds, and FHLB Affordable Housing Plan funds.
