This historic tax credit project was featured in Dwell magazine, due to the attention to detail and preservation of a beautiful building in the heart of OTR. Located on the 14th street corridor connecting Main and Vine Streets, this project has added vibrancy and activity to the street. This project included restoration of the original iron storefront, along with the renovation of four residential apartments on the upper floors.
